Bouldering can be one of the purest forms of climbing. No ropes, no bolts to clip, to trad gear to place, no harness, it’s: Just The Rock, Shoes, And Chalk.

Finding a way up the boulder using only your body as a tool to move through a sequence of hard moves and finally topping out with usually smooth slopers praying for something better. It can’t get much better than the feeling of pure freedom!
